WHAT IS PERSONAL DATA?

EXTRADITION OF PERSONAL DATA

In cases where we disclose personal information to third parties, we sign a data processing agreement (“DPA”) / confidentiality agreements and ensure that personal data is processed in a safe and satisfactory manner.

We use a number of different IT services and IT systems in our operations. In some of these, personal data is stored and handled. We safeguard your integrity and privacy to secure your personal data in all such processing. Some systems are installed locally with us and only our staff have access to the data. In these cases, no transfer will be made to third parties. However, some systems are cloud solutions or installed at the supplier rendering that we need to transfer personal data to the supplier. In these cases, the supplier is our data processor and process data in accordance with our DPA and specific instructions.
YOUR RIGHTS

All personal data processing Founders Alliance performs have legal purpose such as agreements, legal relations, legitimate interest, special legislation, or consent. Certain processing of personal data is necessary in order for us to fulfill an agreement with you or to fulfill a legal obligation.
Revocation of consent
You can choose to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the contact details above. If you revoke your consent, we will discontinue processing of your personal data and delete it from the system in question. However, it may occur that the same personal data is processed for the purpose of complying with legal obligations or under other rules, such as agreements or special legislation. This means that even if you revoke your consent and the process based on the consent ceases, the personal data may still remain with us for other legitimate purposes.
Right to get information about what personal information we have saved about you
If you want information about what data we have registered about you, you can apply for this in writing at the above address. The register extract is available on request and is free of charge once a year.
