My main driving force is to create a better future for people around and make an impact.

 
HOW DOES YOUR COMPANY WORK WITH SUSTAINABILITY?

We focus a lot on our own employees, and have launched a special program of Wellbeing called "Project Fridays' ' where we focus on physical and mental health of our employees, financially supporting Healthcare and mental care support for employees. And more. 

WHAT IS YOUR MAIN GOAL? 

We focus on Sustainable growth and focus on profitable organization in order we maintain and support our activities. We have been profitable since year two of our operations including the pandemic year of 2020, and we want our employees to feel as if they are part of the family and not to lose the quality and service level we have with our expansion. And we have been growing all those years with CAGR 53% a year.

The finalists were vetted out through Founders Index based on historic performance, future potential and societal value.

Now the jury will decide the gold and silver winners of Founder of the Year Small Sized Companies 2022. To be awarded at the Founders Awards Gala at Stockholm City Hall on September 22.
